Account Deletion
This page explains how to permanently delete your account in the Check! (Topic Tracker) app along with all associated data.
How to delete your account from within the app
- Open the Check! app in your browser at https://dailycheckapp.com/ or launch the mobile app.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Settings (the settings icon in the top right corner).
- Scroll down to the Danger zone section.
- Tap the Delete account button.
- Confirm by entering the email address associated with the account.
- Approve the operation – your account will be permanently deleted.
Warning: account deletion is irreversible. The operation cannot be undone.
What data will be deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove all data associated with it from our systems:
- Account data (email address, user ID, sign-in methods)
- All topics you created (both active and finished)
- Push history (every recorded progress entry)
- Daily statistics
- Tags you created
Data retained after account deletion
After your account is deleted, we do not retain any personal data or content associated with your account. Certain anonymized technical information (such as server logs) may be retained for a limited period of time in accordance with legal requirements and the policies of our infrastructure provider (Firebase).
Can't sign in to the app?
If you have lost access to your account and are unable to delete it yourself, please email
info@dailycheckapp.com and request account deletion. Include the email address of the account to be deleted in your message.
