What is Check!?
Check! is a simple habit and progress tracker. You create topics – things you want to do regularly – and every day you do one, you tap “Check!”. The app counts your progress towards a goal and keeps the history.
Is Check! free?
Yes. Check! is free to use – in the browser and in the Android app.
Do I need an account?
No. You can start right away as a guest. To keep your data safe and use it on several devices, link a Google account or an email and password in Settings – everything you’ve recorded stays.
Why can I check a topic only once a day?
Because Check! measures consistency, not volume. One check per day means the counter shows the days you actually did something – and it can’t be inflated.
I forgot to tap yesterday. What now?
Nothing is lost. You can add a missed day up to 30 days back – choose to add a check for a specific date on the topic. A mistaken check from today can be undone in the topic details.
What happens when I reach my goal?
It’s up to you: finish the topic (it moves to finished), start it over as a new round, or keep counting past the goal. You set the goal as a period (a month, a quarter, a year or your own) with leeway for bad days.
Does Check! work on my phone?
Yes. On Android, get the app from Google Play; on any other device, open Check! in your browser. Signed in to the same account, your data is the same everywhere.
Can I set reminders?
Yes, in the Android app. Open Reminders from the profile menu and add any times you like – each one can be switched on and off separately.
Can I export my data?
Yes. In Settings you can export your topics and your full check history to a CSV file.
How do I delete my account?
Account deletion is at the bottom of Settings. It removes your account together with all topics, tags and history – permanently.
What about my data and privacy?
Your data is stored in Google Firebase, and the database rules let each user read and change only their own topics and history. The privacy policy has the details.
Which languages does Check! support?
English and Polish. The app picks the language automatically based on your device settings.
